Each year AARP Chapter 2195 selects two seniors, a girl and a boy student from Palmdale High School who have plans to attend a college or university of their choice.
The student's grades must be in the medium to high range and they should show a keen interest in school activities and honor clubs. Important also are the goals they envision for their future.
The students, after they have been selected and accepted at their college or university, will be presented a sum of $250.00 each from the treasury of AARP Chapter 2195.
